Annette Ziegler brings 20 years of experience and a robust background in home care marketing and sales, honed through nearly seven years of dedicated service as the Community Relations Manager at Touching Hearts at Home in Rochester, NY. In her previous role, Annette excelled in developing and nurturing relationships with professionals across the aging services sector, aiming to boost awareness and connect families to vital support services.
At Touching Hearts at Home, Annette’s responsibilities were broad and impactful, involving marketing, networking, public relations, and acting as a fervent ambassador for the brand. Her efforts were instrumental in promoting the company’s mission to deliver non-medical companionship, caregiving, and homemaking services that significantly enhance the quality of life for seniors, adults with disabilities, and families managing illness.
With her comprehensive expertise, Annette is set to make a substantial impact at Approved Senior Network®. She will play a critical role in teaching sales training classes, empowering the sales team to exceed their goals, and fostering enduring relationships with clients and their families.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Annette cherishes quality time spent with her husband Bill, daughter Hannah, son Jake & daughter in law Liz and is beyond excited to welcome her first grandchild in June. Annette is an avid reader, loves the outdoors and can often be found tending to her garden.
Her cooking skills are renowned among family and friends, especially her favorite Italian recipes. She is a twin, has a twin brother Tom and is a Buffalo Bills fan! Go Bills!
Lisa Marsolais, Home Care Marketing and Sales Expert
Lisa has a wealth of experience in homecare and marketing/advertising. As a homecare industry veteran, Lisa has worn many hats, from caring for family members in her youth to building a homecare agency from the ground up. Her passion for marketing and advertising led her to become an account executive, where she worked on newspapers and magazines during the early days of the internet.
Lisa’s experience working with the VA is particularly noteworthy, having been certified as a hands-on training leader for new caregivers to quad/paraplegic care. Her experiences have taught her the importance of paying attention to the little details, and her motto reflects this – “Great relationships and success are in the details.”
Lisa’s passion for both homecare and marketing/advertising has made her an invaluable addition to the Approved Senior Network team. Her deep knowledge of the homecare industry, coupled with her marketing expertise, enables her to bring a unique perspective to our marketing services, which are designed to help senior care businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
